Orders & Payment

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! COD is available across most pin codes in India. Simply select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order goes into processing and we cannot guarantee changes. Email us immediately at hello@shopculinara.com with your order number.

Is it safe to shop on Culinara?

Absolutely. Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption. We never store your payment details. All transactions are processed by Razorpay, India's most trusted payment gateway.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad): 4–6 business days. All other cities: 5–8 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email within 48 hours of dispatch. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Enjoy free delivery on all orders above ₹799. A flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹799.

Do you ship across all of India?

Yes, we deliver pan-India including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Some remote pin codes may take 1–2 extra days.


Products & Quality

Are your products safe to use with food?

Yes. All Culinara products are made from food-safe, BPA-free materials. We only sell products we would personally use in our own kitchens.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All products include a 7-day return window for any quality issues. For defective items, we offer free replacement no questions asked.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Send us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shopculinara.com and we will replace it immediately at zero cost.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy for details.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount is credited to your original payment method.

What about COD refunds?

For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details when contacting us for a return.
