Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will make it right.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Email us at hello@shopculinara.com with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange pickup or guide you through the process.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount is credited to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it at no cost to you.

For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when contacting us.
